Our beloved minister, James Gibbons Walker announced his retirement in July.  The Board of Trustees worked to ensure that James was cared about and provided for to the best of the fellowship’s ability, and in highest level of accord with Unitarian Universalist Ministers Association and the employment laws of Maryland.  He held a well attended potluck at his house in which everyone had the opportunity for feasting and fellowship, amid stories of gratitude and blessing.  We will greatly miss James, his ministerial care, and the important work he did for us in the wider community.
